This month on the SHAPE+ platform show we welcome the experimental audiovisual performer SABIWA who draws inspiration from ancient music that imitates nature. She incorporates her own voice, drawing from the musical traditions of the native tribes of Taiwan, resulting in a remarkable psychedelic narrative.
Here she describes her Resonance FM mix: “The mix is basically from the recent live shows I’ve played these couple months. There are many recordings I did in Taiwan and the last album Island No.16 and couple tracks from my collaborators Queimada and Lorenzo colocci (Nathan L.)”
